WHEELS TURN SLOWLY

March 25, 2012 - To say, "the wheels of industry turn slowly," is a gross understatement when it comes to getting the Teal Camper and Teal Panel System into production. It has now been almost three years since the idea for a light weight, portable and modular camper was conceived. Even after a lifetime in industry, I never expected things to take this long.

Today's economic climate has changed the way industry does business. A good idea is no longer a green light for investment of time and materials. Industry wants proven product, large margins and volume. Lots of volume. Risk taking on new, innovative products is at an all time low in my years of experience.

While we have faced these odds, and it has all but depleted our resources, we are not giving up. Help appears to be on the horizon. There are several opportunities that have presented themselves, and we are, of course, open to any new interest in helping us get this exciting product to market.

CAMPER GOES TO INDIA

November 20, 2011 - A Teal Camper is traveling by air to New Dehli, India where it will soon be traveling the roads. The camper is being tested in a number of different enviroments by a company that is interested in manufacturing and distributing the campers and shelters throughout India.
