Description:

  • Day-to-day management of a non-profit industry trade association

  • 1,500 sq ft of office/warehouse space

Duties:

  1. Provide financial statements
  2. Provide quarterly reports
  3. Telephone answering and information disbursement
  4. Attend and facilitate Board meetings
  5. Monitor and interface with committee activities
  6. Provide day-to-day business functions
  7. Administer board approved budget
  8. Coordinate public relations
  9. Publish monthly newsletter
  10. Oversee publication of trade periodical
  11. Promote membership
  12. Coordinate association programs, events and projects
  13. Provide advertising scheduling and design
  14. Provide school and certification program management
  15. Oversee new program development and management
  16. Provide web site content and management
  17. Provide publication services
  18. Manage workshops, seminars or convention facilities
  19. Secure and backup all computer files and databases regularly

We also arrange for outside services to carry out the association's mission and strategic plan including, but not limited to, printing, accounting, graphics, internet services, legal, exposition decorating, conference registration, advertising, public relations, and mailing.
